How to stop worrying and start living?????
What is the purpose of life actually is? The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience. Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn’t get you anywhere. So we always stay happy.
Our routine worries that definitely ruin our lives and give us only disappointment and desperation. We can sort them out very easily if we try….!!!!
- Tension of Jobs
- Lack of Confidence
- Studies Tension
- Family Problems
If we think a lot about all these things, we are doing nothing except just killing ourselves.
We must equip ourselves to deal with different kinds of worries by learning the three basic Steps of problem analysis. The three steps are:
- Get the facts.
- Analyze the facts.
- Arrive at a decision-and then act on that decision.
Well I must use it too if we are going to solve the problems that are harassing us and turning our days and nights into veritable hells.
Some rules to solve our problems:
RULE 1:
Get the facts “Half the worry in the world is caused by people trying to make decisions before they have sufficient knowledge on which to base a decision.”
RULE 2:
After carefully weighing all the facts, come to a decision.
RULE 3:
Once a decision is carefully reached, act! Get busy carrying out your decision and dismiss all anxiety about the outcome.
Live with the 3 E’s…
Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy and the 3 F’s…Faith, Friends, and Family..
When you wake in the morning complete the following statement, my purpose is to….. Today Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it’ll elude you, but if you turn you attention to other things, it’ll come and sit softly on your shoulder…
You know how we people live? We are scary people. We get frighten, when any hurdle come in our way. We use to take so many tensions. Sometimes we use to think crap that can only create troubles, confusions and make our life extremely disgusting. And then people think I wish to die now or stuff likes that. Even we are unable to face such minor problems. And we all know what these problems are.
- How to get highest marks?
- How to impress our boss or teacher?
- How to become an early riser?
- What to do with our live?
- How to make money?
Many other questions are alike this, make us tensed. Now if we just think on all this stuff calmly then for sure we’ll get success and one day we’ll definitely at the climax.
Start living for others. Give respect to others. Try to live happy in what you have don’t expect a lot from anyone, you’ll feel great.
- Develop confidence and spirit of handling things. Your worries will be gone. Do give time to yourself. You will start a better life.
- Start living for others are a candle that gives light not the one who takes the light.
- By perceiving the sentiments of others and having intention of catholicity and to be above from the gory and incredible matters.
Just chill…….. Take a deep breath.. (Inhale and exhale)... Just forget everything and surely you’ll feel relaxed, and then start your any work. I am sure your w0rries will g0 away and then you will be living your life with a perfect style. Try it. It’ll work. :)
